Eirin Thompson is a mother-of-three and lives with her partner and their children in County Armagh. While at home when her family were young, Eirin took a degree with the Open University followed by a Masters in Creative Writing at Queen’s University, Belfast, where her tutors included acclaimed novelist, Glenn Patterson. She has written two novels: Notes for the Next Time, published by Hodder Headline Ireland in June 2007, and the sequel, Undercover Mother is due for publication in April 2008.
