Since graduating from Dun Laoghair College of Art and Design Damien has written and directed three, multiple award winning shorts under the Frameworks scheme. Mutt _(1996), _Ledog (2004) and the IFTA Nominated Dick Terrapin (2005).
In 2004 Damien was awarded an Honorable Mention in the Tiernan McBride Screenwriting Awards for his first live-action feature script The Quarter Mill which was subsequently optioned by a leading production company. He has several projects in development, has been known to do the odd stint as an assistant editor/freelance animator, and occasionally directs horse racing for live broadcast:click here to view his showreel.
