Joe is an Irish actor with twenty seven years experience. He has graced the stage of nearly every theatre in Ireland. Some highlights are Salome, Juno and the Paycock and Innocence.…..Gate theatre Dublin, Madigans Lock, Colours and The Broken Jug…..Abbey Theatre Dublin, Endgame,The Old Tune and Rough for Theatre one…..Andrews Lane Theatre Dublin.He has toured to the Edinburgh Festival twice with Juno and Salome and also performed at the famous Spoleto Festival in Charleston,South Carolina. There was also his memorable portrayal of Johnny Boyle in Juno on the Broadway stage. Joe played Liam in the BBC’s Ballykissangel for five years while also playing Eddie in RTE’s Upwardly Mobile. More recently Joe was Frank Mason in the BBC’s Dalziel and Pascoe. There was also a stint as the strange Frank Wiseman in RTE’s Fair City. Mel Gibson managed to burn Joe to death in Braveheart and he was Brian the lead vocalist in Lapsed Catholics. Joe is also a voice over artist with a range of accents and take-offs. Apart from all that he plays guitar and piano and has recorded three albums.
