Sara trained in the Betty Ann Norton Theatre School and the Gaiety School of Acting. She also completed two acting courses: John Cantwell’s Acting for Camera and more recently Shot to be Seen course at Pinewood Studios, UK. Sara has worked extensively in film and televsion, her television credits include Jamilla in The Big Bow Wow (Dearbhla Walsh), Minnie in Proof 2 (Thaddeus O’Sullivan), Janice in Pride and Joy (Ronan Glennane), Ana in Legend (Robert Quinn) and Princess Marguerite in The Tudors (Brian Kirk). Film credits include: In America (Jim Sheridan), The Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone (Robert Allan Ackerman), Laws of Attraction (Peter Howitt), Cheryl in Boy Eats Girl (Stephen Bradley) and Eva in Satellites and Meteorites (Rick Larkin). Theatre credtis include Gretel/Ashputtel in Grimm’s Fairytales (Matt Way), Lela in Harry’s Bar (Colm McGuire) and she appeared in the London production of Nine (Ian Pons Jewell). Sara has recently finished filming Thinspiration (Harry Burton) in London, for Channel 4’s Coming Up series, due for release later this year.
