Hannah Hoekstra made her debut as the lead role of Hemel with her extraordinary performance in the feature film HEMEL directed by Sacha Polak which premiered in Berlin 2012. She recently graduated from the Amsterdam School for Drama and Contemporary Music Theatre. Theatre credits include UNDERGROUD directed by Johan Simons, LATE EVENING IDEALS (Late Avond Idealen) by Sanne Vogel, Snowgirls (Sneeuwmeisjes), AFTER THE END (Na Het Einde) and BLIND (Jaloezie).
Other Film credits include: MAMA, HOMICIDE, and she will soon be seen in MEES KEES directed by Barbara Bredero in late 2012.
