Aoibhinn graduated with a degree in Theatre Dance from the London Studio Centre and since then has appeared as Reema in Wild Decembers directed by Anthony Byrne for Touchpaper TV/RTE. Aoibhinn then landed a leading role (Trish) opposite Aidan Gillen and Robert Sheehan in the new TV mini-series Love and Hate written by Stuart Carolan and directed by David Caffrey for Octagon Films/RTE which first aired in October 2010 and went on to appear in Trivia a new comedy drama for Grand Pictures / RTE which was nominated for several awards at the Monte Carlo TV Festival 2011. Aoibhinn recently appeared in an acclaimed performance as Erica in Between Foxrock and a Hard Place, directed by Jimmy Fay, written by Paul Howard and appearing at the Olympia Theatre and completed filming on Chasing Leprechauns for Hallmark Channel. She most recently appeared in a sell-out remount of Between Foxrock and a Hard Place at the Gaiety Theatre, Dublin and appeared in the hugely popular second season of Love Hate as Nidge’s wife Trish, which aired to record audience figures on RTE late in 2011. She recently completed filming on the independent feature Seven Songs for Amy which will be released later this year and will soon begin rehearsals on Alice in Funderland directed by Wayne Jordan at the Abbey theatre and on the third season of Love Hate. She will soon appear in Talk It Out with Mark Doherty as part of the Storyland project for RTE.
